    Hi Divyesh,
According to me, go for a hostel. I am also a student of PGDM of batch 2017–19 and I also stay in the hostel.
Hostel will be good for overall development and a hostel near campus will not only save your time but also help in your proper concentration on studies.
DBS have separate boarding & lodging facilities for boys and girls. The rooms are provided on double sharing and triple sharing basis. The facilities provided include laundry, Wi-Fi, yoga for girls and a gymnasium for the boys.
The mess of the institute is spacious and equipped with comfortable dining furniture. It provides hygienic and nutritious food to the student

It totally depends on you. Both of the options are good. Hostel is blended with safety and regulations.

I will suggest you stay in hostel at least for your first year so that once you get well acquainted with the location and then you can comfortably stay out for the next year.

You can choose both. Advantages of hostel are that you get all the basic amenities and luxuries easily.
