Can you tell me the meaning of this, "To apply to the B.Tech Program the Candidate must have passed (without grace) 10+2" ?

Hi,
the statement says you have to pass all your subjects with atleast the minimum percentage alloted for each of them to get into a 4 years B.tech program

The statement states that to be eligible to apply for the 4 year B.Tech program you need to acquire at least 33% in each subjects in your 10+2 examination, that will lead to an aggregate of at least 33%.
