Can you tell me whether to go for B.Tech in space engineering or UPES?
I got 98% in state board exams. Currently I am going to appear for class 12th exams in few days. I'm an OBC candidate.

The importance of oil & gas is coming down with thrust being given on solar energy. On the other hand, I have not seen any special preference for aerospace in HAL, ISRO, IAF & DRDO. Go as per your interest and excel in the selected area - you will make your career definitely. Best wishes.

Comapnies like ISRO and DRDO offer great carrers though getting it is a bit difficult.
I will advise you to go for further studies In USA from premium institutes.
GRE and ToEFL exams need to be cleared. Still, if you don't wish to go for it, you can apply from websites like Hirelateral.com for job

It all depends on your passion. You should decide for yourself, which trade you want to go for. UPES is famous for its petroleum engineering. You should take a look around and see what the courses are all about and then make up your mind as to what course you want to do.
