Australia is a better choice as you have PSW as well as PR chances and employment opportunities for mechanical engineers is still good currently in Australia. Weather wise also a better choice.

Sir, if I do MS in Australia, can you please tell me the chance of getting a job there, (have 76% in B.Tech) on behalf of the current situation in Australia .Also, I request you to give me an idea about the syllabus of MS, hoping a comparison of it with that of India.
