Yes you can apply to St Xavier, Kolkata for B.Com ( hons. ) with your marks. There is admission on the basis of 12th marks ( you are eligible) but you will need to give an interview for the admission procedure. -
If you are under any reserved category than you can definitely get admission there with this marks, but if you are from general category, than it might be a little difficult for you to get admission there, as there cut off for morning class is 90 -91 %, but it vary year to year, so must fill the form once.
