Cap allotment (maharashtra) process is for mms and not for pgdm? I am looking forward for admission in welingkar mumbai.

Dear Chinky,
yes CAP Allotment is for MMS/MBA only not for PGDBM since CAP is basically for degree course and PGDBM isn't the one.
Secondly welingkar is a good option but if you got good marks then go for better one such as dalmia or so.
