in my opinion B.Pharm course is outdated and wont buy you a job more than of a med rep.
instead go for Pharm.D (Doctorate in Pharmacy), a 6 year programe, recognized worldwide and would help you to get a challenging job.Now its conducted my some institutes like MANIPAL College of Pharmaceutical scie
