career advice, failed class 12th twice ,then passed with 60% science-maths , 3rd year engineering student, branch -IT

10th board (2005) : 72% (2 year in b/w education gap due to family problems and i suffered from depression) 12th board(2009): 60% currently 3rd year engineering student , IT branch (had backlogs), but i do not satisfy the eligibility critera for maximum software comapnies , suggest PG PD-diploma
