I think it will be highly beneficial from a long-term perspective. The jobs that you will be offered to you at present will be way different from the jobs that will come your way after an MBA/PGDM. And the scope of growth will after an MBA/PGDM be way different from the growth you can imagine without an MBA/PGDM. Getting an PGDM degree from top colleges like GIBS Bangalore will boost your confidence and enhance your capability. Students who are doing MBA/PGDM learn how to be

BBA is a much sought after professional degree for students aspiring for a career in commerce after BCom. Many colleges offer specializations like HR, Marketing and Finance. After BBA if students are not clear about the route ahead the best way to judge yourself is to start working. Lot of BPO's, KPO's absorb BBA graduates to work in operations team for finance, equity and insurance processes. This exposure will give lot of practical knowledge and help you in taking a decision further. MBA is a regular option nowadays which may not be of good use if not done from a premium college. So, it is better to go for certifications like CFA, FR

I have a feeling that the basic qualifications count only to some extent. Whatever qualifications we do acquire, what counts a lot is our awareness of men and matters. I mean to say that you can take a choice on Degrees. But, you can't take chances on soft skills and general awareness to the brim, if you want to make a mark in the corporate sector.
