Career change in 40's and after a break of 7 years. Equal B.Com graduation, Dip in Hotel Mgt.

I am a 41 year old woman, I've 13 years of corporate experience in HR, Trng and Cust service. I took a break and am a SAHM and now want to rejoin the workforce. After much thought and coz of my passion for training I think a career as a college professor would be ideal. How can I go about it?
