Career Guidance based on JEE Mains and BITSAT Scores.

My son got 99.4% JEE Main and 341 in BITSAT. He is getting looking for Electronics and Communication Engineering. As per prediction he is getting in all good NIT Tirichy, IIIT Kancheepuram & BITS. Please can some one advise which institute is preferable?
