hi..im astudent of vels university,chennai persuing my u. degree in EEE branch..next year i want to appear gate.can u tl me how much marks do i have to secure to make it to NIT SILCHAR OR NIT DURGAPUR OR NIT AGARTALA...im from assam..n also do i have to face any interview for making

Yes, all NIT's have pretty good and same standard. Since you have studied at Chennai you can try for post graduation engineering studies at IIT Chennai.
