There will be ample of opportunities in the Software field but the condition is you should complete your B-tech from a good and reputed college.
Software companies like TCS,CTS,WIPRO etc offer good salary package to freshers and help them to achieve a lot in the industry.

I suggest you to o for B tech in CSE it is better than IT after B tech in CSE you can go in both field in hardware and software after CSE whatever you get in IT
