career opportunities after ma in rural dev. from ignou

i'm pursuing ma in rural dev from ignou(open). i want to know the career opportunities after completing the same. there is no doubt that jobs on the basis of open uni. degree are tough to find(i m also preparing for the entrance of regular uni.)but i just want to get entry in the field,pls detail..
