Career option for 1st class 10th nd 12th but 2nd class with an average 57% mrks in bsc and msc (organic chemsitry) and currently in teaching

Hi I have 1st class 10th ad 12th with an average 65% marks and 2nd class b.sc. (phy,che,math) and m.sc. (organic chemsitry) with and average 57% marks and doing teaching from a long time for schools but not yet satisfied with myself. I want to join industrial research or research at college level.
