Career options with diploma ece from govt institute

My wife is diploma ece from govt institute and after completing her dip she took a break of 3 years for family cause. Please help me with career option. Should she go for higher education or a job can be the option. If job then in interview process this gap of 3 years may be asked. Please help me.

Hi, After Diploma your wife may join lateral B.Tech course in which she can directly enter into the second year. Degree course will open up more opportunities for her. List of lateral entry colleges : -Janeta Subash Institute of Technology -Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology -Uttarancha
