Career prospects of an Equity / Derivatives Dealer in Mumbai / India? I have been offered a job as an Dealer in a securities firm.

I wanted to ask that what are the career prospects / pay scale of an Equity Dealer in Mumbai.What courses should I take to further improve my chances in the long term ? If I work for 1 - 2 years & then try in the private banks, fund institutions, then what will be my chances of getting a job there ?
