I have good communication skills in english as i worked for wipro bpo and then completed hardware and networking course from west bengal under govt. registered certification. I'm very much interested in computer hardware as well as software fields. So, please suggest me what to do.

as u said u got good communication and work experience in BPO den u can follow a course which is much beneficial in current field like CALL CENTER MANAGEMENT follow dis link for more details http://www.rasmussen.edu/degrees/business/call-center/
