Career related query week in programming unable to make programms but can understand i am lagging but was interested in DBA freshr

myself anuj & i m a MCA from PTU(DLP).I did my BCA from REG. I am weak in programming may i am not doing effort it is true.I can understand program but unablee to make complex program.my inter. in DBA is it any type of course or is there some companies which higher DBA at fresher Level kindly help
