career switch to IT with 5 years of Bpo exp

hi, i been working in mnc"s soon as i completed my !8 years I'm 25 now,. an arts graduate and thinking of switching my career to an IT field . I"m interested in business anlaysis.. please let me know on what courses i should be taking up, short term courses pref and how do i start. oplease help..

    Options for you:-
    1. Start with C++ in order to begin the career in your desired field and to understand where you stand.
    2. Animation - Web Designing, Gaming, etc.
    3. Certificate Program in Business Analytics
    Besides I can suggest you with Manual Software testing course which is meant for freshers who are out of college / people working in non IT jobs and desire to make software testing as their profession.
    Pick something that you are good at and would enjoy keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals.
