CAT form incomplete.i had saved my profile part,but wen i m trying to login with my userid/name & other login but failed. what to do nw?

there should be option for recover password or while you enter form then hop there will be any registration confirmation back at your mail id then check out that r contact or mail to any given mail id or number on site
