The cut off is not specifically mentioned ,but it's around 80-85
You should definitely apply and give it a try

Yes definitely you should apply as you have very good score in X,XII and graduation. As you are close to cutoff they might also see at your other scores and profile.
Welingkar does not have MBA in Systems.
