Yeah you can give a try since you have very good academics, and the cat cutoffs vary every year . so nothing is predictable . all the best -
You can apply .Most probably you will get a call from DoMS. Though it depends on whether you have reservation or not. If you belong to OBC or SC/ST you will definitely get a call. If you're in general category , it depends on the cutoff which hasn't been fixed till now.
