Hi Kapil, 40 is too low a score in JEE Mains to secure a seat in a government reputed college. It'll be a little difficult to say anythnig about VIT because last year around 4,720 students were offered admissions at VIT University ,Vellore and Chennai. Out of this number, 3600 seats were offered
