hello Srikanthreddy,
let me tell u its not "ccna or ccnp" it is ccna then ccnp.
CCNP is the next level of certification from cisco and have a better value in then market compare to CCNA. so if u want to make ur carrier in networking just dont stop at CCNA continue with CCNP and CCIE too....
