Thanks for inviting Aneeket. Well, to the best of my knowledge, CIIMS is not an AICTE or UGC or DEC recognized institute. There can be some hurdles for you after pursuing courses from this very institute as preference here in India is given to only these three recognitions. According to me recognition is a standard parameter to check the authenticity of an institute. To get a clear point of information, as Aneeket suggested, I'd also suggest you to approach the institute via online or offline mode. Good Luck!

Mr.Gautam I agree with you but basically what is UGC and DEC ? I cant understand we the people of india is hypocrat .we only listen what others are saying to us . Any universitg needs an permission from MHRD then only it can be operational.same way all over india instiute which are UGC &DEC approved need permission of MHRD too.but CIIMS is autonomus institute and directly gives you stamping of MHRD by which your course is directly govt. Approved. Update your knowledge Mr. GAUTAM. and who says you ate an expert

Hi Pravin, Well it wont be right on commenting on any educational institute. Though keeping in mind your concern, I would request you visit the institute directly and check its recognition.
