Major changes: In place of the single common written test which was conducted until last year, now there will be two exams that a candidate will have to face before he/she gets to the interview stage. -
I think preparation is same as last year. The changes are only that at first stages questions will be easy and difficult at second level.

Neha ma'am have mentioned all the important points.
I would like to add: Registration for IBPS 2015 will be by online mode only. Also, candidates who qualify in the Preliminary exam will not have to register again for Main exam. Also, application fee payment options are only online methods, so, candidates must make necessary arrangements for the same. -
The IBPS PO Exam will be held in two phases i.e. preliminary and main exam. Candidates who qualified in preliminary exam will go to the next main exam phase. There will be 100 questions in the preliminary examination with total of three sections and the main examinations will contain 200 questions with 5 sections. The IBPS PO preliminary examinations will be of one hour duration whereas the duration for the IBPS PO Main exam will be that of 2 hours.

Major changes: In place of the single common written test which was conducted until last year, now there will be two exams that a candidate will have to face before he/she gets to the interview stage. IBPS Probationary Officer and IBPS Clerk 2015 will have a two tier examination system. The candidates will have to face the first stage which is the preliminary examination. The next stage will be the mains examination; only candidates clearing the prelims will be able to take this exam. The preliminary exam is expected to be easier as compared to the main exam.
