Change of College Under Same University for S.Y. BCA

My son had appeared for BCA Sem II exam from College at Talegaon Dabhade(result not declared). He has cleared all subjects from Sem I. As we have shifted to Pune now, he need to take admission at college in Pune for BCA 2nd year(Sem-III) ? What is the proper procedure for this change ?

Visit both colleges (Present college and College where you want to transfer) and request them to give NOC(No Objection Certificate). In same university's college transfer after 1st year is possible. In different universities if syllabus is same then there will be no problem in transferring, otherwis
