chartered ac or cost accountancy?does taking up ca means one will get struck at the lowest level of management with no avenues for growth?
i came to know that in cost accountancy...there are greater avenues ...even of a marketing manager...which means there are opportunities for growth. But, CA doesn't seem to offer any growth opp.?
is it true?

It is not true. Both have its own requirement. Cost Accountant has an important role in management and project preparation while Ca has undoubtedly upper hand in financial accounting and auditing.
