SUGGEST ME A GOOD UNIVERSITY WITH GOOD RANKING AS WELL AS CHEAP.IF ITS IN AREA OF MODERATE COST OF LIVING IT WILL BE MORE WELL AND GOOD.TELL ME THE ELIGIBILITY FOR GETING IN THAT UNIVERSITY AND REQUIREMENTS FOR IT.
