Cheap/ free online course only for maritime medicine &/or occupational health needed

I am a doctor interested in Pursuing a career in Occupational health with specific reference to Medical licensing for Merchant navy personnel. I am not interested in being on ships, but interested in certifying people joining ships through DG shipping, India. Need to do online course for the same.

There are problems associated with free courses as many firms do not consider free certifications. The extent of information that can be conveyed through slide presentations online for cheap/free courses can be limited and that may affect the quality of education
