cheapest fees institue

i want to do a spanish or frenche course and the fees should be minimum as i m unable spend too much money so kindly suggest cheapest inst.

Dear Farhan , There are institutes like Ranade Institute in Pune . They give very cheap Education of Foreign languages as they are directly affiliated to Pune University . You can try those or you can even try Mumbai University . Hope you like the answer.Best of luck
