choosing good specialization in mba

I work as network test engineer, I want to take up distance MBA. What specialization would help me to grow in my career as lead manager. I guess 'project management' would be a better choice. If not, could someone suggest any better option?

First of all you have to see the nature of your job. If you are looking after administration and or man power then you can go for HR. If your job involves marketing then go for Marketing. Most importantly you have see through the angle what your company needs and your interest.

Being a NTE, Distance Learning MBA shall take you to higher management profiles. Specialisations like IT, Systems, Operations also will do.
