Civil engg is an evergreen branch and it has lot of scope. You can work in both govt and private sector since there are ample opportunities in both. You can even go for M.Tech/PhD and then become a professor or can anytime pursue a good job.

In most situations, the efforts of the student count a lot. Branches are important in their own way. Several students have several branches. So, a student has to forge ahead. Chances don't come automatically.Students have to go after them.

Chances of a higher kind are found by Civil students, especially in the USA. They are going for PG and later finding jobs easily. In India, there is a footing easily. They are getting higher salary later m
