clarification about creamy layer & non creamy layer
sir/madam, i am a civil servant aspirant at present i belongs 2 OBC [non creamy layer] from next moth my dad salary is 40,000 & its crosses 4.5 lakhs annually in that situation i belongs to which category[creamy layer or non creamy layer] & plz tel d criteria 2 get this certificate
