Cmpltd my 12th in 2012! have not gvn any exam neither SAT nor IELTS!n decided to go abroad for UG!is it too late.if not what shuld i do next

I am a dropout student. compled my 12 standard in 2012 scored 70%. nw decided to go abroad for my undergraduation .so i want to ask is it too late for its as i have not given any exam like SAT or IELTS . if its not late what should i do next! please HELP Hoping for a positive reply!
