College advice regarding Manipal Institute Of Technology

I got a dubious rank of 10465 in Manipal B.tech entrance examination. Please tell what all streams I can pursue for??? Or even if there is a chance of me GOING there without NRI fees?? Please help guys.. I really want to go there... I am finished.. :'(

Its doing great now, except for its not best, however if u can afford for the fees , and have no choice in NITs.IITs and BITS, u can choose MIT as good as choosing VIT and definitely better than SRM
