College in India which do not require a student to clear JEE and can give admission to them for aeronautics?

Hello Incognito, of course there are plenty. In any case JEE is not for all colleges in India. However one needs to appear for the entrance exam assigned by the state for engineering colleges to seek admission in that state. That's all. Best wishes to you.
