It is not good to take name but we all know that is happening. I will suggest you to read Chetan Bhagat's new book Revolution 2020. The book is a good eye opener regarding use of black money and why education is a profitable business

Ya all of you are right expect some institute this type of business is going on but its right ?? what ever they are doing is it right way ? they get lots of benefits from it Like , reduction of tax , get subsidies , white name its like a playing game with people

yup, we can see no. of examples in a country for your ques. but there are some regulations in a taxation law where an investor needs to play very safe and apart from this, now a days its not an easy task to get approval from UGC or AICTE to start such kind of institutes which are nothing but the

to an extent yes, but we can not put all the Institutes in the same category, There are many Autonomous Colleges/ Institutes which put sincere effort in building up infrastructure and other facilities and try and take it to the higher levels of competencies and that is when UGC also upgrade such Ins
