Here you didn't mention the name of the college. Kindly contact your college administrator or senior students. They will give you the information about the college timings.

It's up to the college. Some college starts at 7 AM and are packed up by 11 AM. Some college starts at 11 AM and pack up by 3 PM. This is totally the choice of the college authority.
