I am a B.Sc biotech 3 rd year student,i want to know about the colleges offering M.Sc in biotech in pune,mumbai and bangalore.and their respective admission criterai and fee structure

As per the information I would be having, there seems to be mainly three well known options offering the courses as mentioned by you, and you may refer to the following list:
