Colleges in US, UK etc offers MBA degrees along with MBBS for students who want to pursue this. Is there a provision like this in India?

UK board conducts the UK 10th board exam only once in a year. It is held in the month of Feb/March. The board then conducts the supplementary exam in June/July for those who do not clear the UK 10th board exam. 

Schools will distribute the UK 10th mark list after the results. Students have to collect their UK 10th marklist from their schools. They can start applying for 12th, diploma, ITI course etc. after UK 10th result 2026. Those who fail, can appear for supplementary exam
