Colleges in US, UK etc offers MBA degrees along with MBBS for students who want to pursue this. Is there a provision like this in India?

I am in 2nd year MBBS and have come across students from universities in the US studying MBA along with medicine. This kind of degree builds up the resume efficiently and helps get into residency positions in the US. So, I'd like to know if I can pursue an MBA in India along with MBBS(not after it)
