Commerce graduate, doing job as jr. accountant past 3years, now i want to do mba , executive mba or reguler mba tell me and in which stream
I am a commerce graduate, i am doing job as account assistant from last three years. but there is no hope of any increment, so i want to do MBA , but confuse between regular MBA and Executive MBA. which is better and in which filed i do that mba.

If you are having more than 6 years of work experience, you can join Executive MBA as it is having edge over regular MBA programs. It prepares you to develop strategies, manage change & innovations, groom human capital etc.
It would be better to join any renowned organization such as IIM

Dear Alok, due to your work experience in accounts, you must pursue MBA(Finance). Executive MBAs are for working professionals like you and has duration of 1 year and fees is also less compared to regular MBA which have 2 years duration.
