Commerce H.S.C. pass from Mumbai, wanted to know if 1 can appear for 3rd year directly without appearing for the 1st & 2nd year
A colleague of mine is a commerce H.S.C. pass from Mumbai, wanted to know if he can appear for third year directly without appearing for the first year and second year. If no, what are the options that he has with him to complete his graduation?

Completing a full B Com coure is always better. There are single sitting courses run by various university, but do lack recognition.

no this is not possible if any university provides any such degree, it will not be valid
