Company expectation from an MCA graduate
Hi. Im about to complete MCA from Mumbai Univ. I am proficient in most of the things that has been taught in the curriculum. My strong points are programming and linux. Not good at Oracle though. I would like to know what does a company expect me to know at the time of interview and later.

Company expects you to be knowing all the coding languages in expert level, you should be able to create code of your own and design it in efficient way & finally implement it ony any given platform.
