COMPANY SEC n CORP LAW(LLB)

i've appeared for T.Y.B.Com this year n my results will be out in june i am planning to do CS, since i will be a graduate i will directly have to get enrolled for inter i want to know if i do Company Sec after doing Corporate Law(LLB) will i get exemption in any of the subjects in CS ?? please he
