Company Secretary Course at the age of 38 yrs should be right time or not.pls Suggest.wt r the chances of success?

I m a Banker by profession ,my age is 38 yrs ,in my job i have to work 9-9 ,mostly in villages,i want to do Company Secretary course,is this rigt time to enter in this course ,keeping all this thing pls suggest me accordingly.If there are any other courses which you think i should go for pls suggest
