Comparing B.Sc in computer science and MCA from a government college and B.Tech CS from any private college, which has more scope?

You should not go with the thought that whether the institute is private or government. You should, in fact, focus on whether the institute is good or not. I would recommend B.Tech for you because as per industry norms B.Tech is equivalent to MCA and for MCA you would invest 2 more extra years plus
