Compelted Dip in2001 after 10th and thn did 12th Arts in 2002 and did FYBA in 2003 and now wanted to do MBA in HR,pls advise,hw can i do tht

I am working since last 6-7 yrs but not in civil feild, now i got good opportunity to work in HR departmenent but not having proper certificates to make carrrier in it. pls advise
