completed 3 years diploma, now is it possible to study MBA

You need to have a degree 10+2+3 or 4 years mode. Diploma holders are not eligible for MBA.

to do a UGC, AICTE and AIU recognised MBA you must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline. So on the basis of diploma you are not eligible for admission in an MBA programme.
